Shipping & Handling:
All purchases are shipped out of San Gabriel, CA. Orders placed between 8am and 5pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed within 48 hours and shipped via UPS, following credit card authorization. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays will be processed the following business day. If there are any delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Orders cannot be shipped to rural routes or PO boxes.

Order Status:
Upon receipt of your order and verification of your payment, a confirmation of your transaction will be sent to you via e-mail. You will also receive a UPS tracking number via e-mail once your order ships.
Returns:
Mei Mei Baby USA is confident that you will enjoy our line of baby products and complete customer satisfaction is important to us. We appreciate and welcome your feedback! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at the time you receive it, or if our products do not perform to your satisfaction, return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- a copy of the original invoice
- Customer information: name, address, phone number, email address
- State reason for return, action to be taken (refund or replacement)

Returns will be processed within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse. For your protection, we advise that you send returns via Fed Ex, UPS or registered mail.
